Hello All

Hey there to all my friends, family and clients.  I have just started a blog.  I have never done one before.  For all you bloggers out there, I would appreciate any suggestions that I can use to make my blog more effective and interesting.

    I have had many ask me what I think realestate is going to do in the new year, and I say it is going to remain steady. Just remember the right market is different for everyone. The biggest mistake to make is to listen to the media. The media will try to control the masses with its scare tactics and subtle hints about interest rates, housing prices etc. This is how they can control the economy as well. I have never been one to listen to the media, in fact I don't even watch TV any more, and how refreshing that is. The media will try to dictate how we should spend our money and when we should buy a home. I say trust your real estate professional as they are right in the middle of it all the time. It doesn't matter what the market is doing. There are always people that need to buy and sell. If you are just selling the market may not be in your favor. Most people are selling so that they can move into a different house. This is fine. If you are making a lateral move and you have have decent equity in your home you should be fine. You may not make a killing on your sale, but you will save on your purchase. If you are investing there are some good buys out there right now so go for it.
